Review: Alexander Wang Rockie

I bought the Alexander Wang Rockie black soft pebbled leather bag with light golden harware. This basically is the mini version of the rocco duffle bag. I fell in love with it the minute I saw it and I am so happy I kept it. I initially wanted the Rocco but I'm 5'2" and the Rocco felt too much like a gym bag on my petite frame! The Rockie is perfect if you are petite like me and it's hands down the perfect fall/winter bag I wear it all the time!
Pros: Sturdy, great quality, has a cross body strap, spacious enough to fit all my necessities, perfect for petite frames and can be worn with practically anything.

Cons: Can get heavy if you over pack it or wear it all day, double zipper can get annoying and hard to open and close other than that I am in love with this bag! you can get yours HERE and see how it looks on me HERE

Review: Shoemint Melissa Bootie

Hey Loves! I wanted to share with you my first ever SHOEMINT purchase. I was a little skeptical to sign up but I wanted to see what the rave was all about. FYI you can sign up and view their shoe selection without the obligation to make a purchase, you will not be charged monthly until you make your first purchase. Monthly subscription is $79.98 and the great thing is that you can skip as many months as you'd like if you don't see something you like and you can cancel your membership at any time. Anyways back to my experience! I was drawn to the brand because of the gorgeous Rachel Bilson and other bloggers/instagramers who have raved about it. As soon as I signed up I got an email offering 50% OFF my first purchase and thats really what sold me. I immediately fell in love with the Melissa bootie and knew I had to have it.

Shoe Review: The shoe is true to size, it is real leather hence the price, and the color has burgundy tones but my camera made it look kind of brown. The shoe is a little stiff but not uncomfortable and I know I will wear them non stop this fall/winter season. It can literally be worn with anything from skirts, shorts, jeans, dresses the possibilities are endless! In my opinion they are worth the price but the perk of getting them for 50% off was AMAZING! I will definitely purchase again theres this studded combat boots that I just have to have! A perk of SHOEMINT is that they ship really fast and customer service was great answering my questions and concerns. I'd recommend that you sign up and browse through their selection and take advantage of their 50% off coupon if you're a new customer!

Here's an outfit I created with polyvore of how I would style my new booties. xo

REVIEW: MAC vs. ELF eyeliner pen

left: MAC, right: ELF
MAC
pros: fine tip, 0.3 oz (a tiny bit bigger than elf.) Lasts all day (with UD primer potion).
cons: I sometimes find myself going over my line twice to get the amount of pigment I want.
ELF:
pros: one swipe and I'm done, great pigment, true black. Lasts all day (with UD primer potion)
Price
MAC: $17.50 ELF $1.00

My Review: I personally prefer eyeliner pens, for me it is much easier to apply and less messy. I bought the MAC penultimate eyeliner and fell in love with it but about a month ago my friend gifted me with the ELF waterproof eyeliner pen and although I love both of them the price difference is what truly gets me. If you are looking for a cheaper alternative or perhaps just want to start experimenting with eyeliner, I recommend the ELF eyeliner pen in a heartbeat. I hope this helped, feel free to ask any questions or let me know of your favorite eyeliner.
